Hello From Timber Top Cabin

This is a new Blog dedicated to those crocheters who have begun, but need some direction and encouragement to keep growing and perfecting their skills and techniques. Perhaps we can also discuss tools, gadgets, materials and patterns. It's so easy to go overboard on buying things when one is "new to the sport." Am I the only one who has purchased books of patterns for items that will never be produced just because the pictures were pretty? Having gained a little insight into the art form, I now know that there are certain categories of projects that will never appeal to me and some that will forever be beyond my capabilities.

That being said, let's move forward. One can only make so many giant grannies before the ennui sets in.
